Guild bank overflow

Problem: The guildhouse is overflowing of items, ppl can't dumb their goodies anymore.
How to tackle the problem: Make some guildbank character!
Q = Questioneer, obviously
A = Answering machine, obviously
Q:But how to keep those items visible for everybody? so everyone knows whats on those characters?
A: Make a web-application, where people can login, and can register their send goods.
Q:How does the guildbank receive the goods?
A: Use the ingame-mail function!
Q: Register the goods, explain yourself croco?!
A: A form needs to be filled in, example:
Name*: Crude Iron Scraps (textfield, Dynamic variables)
Amount: 99 (textfield:INT, Dynamic variables)
Grade: Normal (Pulldownmenu of possiblities, e.g. magic, rare, unique etc. Static variables so pulldown is ok)

Q: What if other guilds get their hands on our webpage?
A: A login system will prevend intruders from coming in!
Q: Who have acces to the bank-chars?
A: The persons who the guildchief trust the most!
Just one of my thoughts, I got some more so i keep them coming!

I was thinking about this earlier too! 
If it was directly integrated with the game that would be amazing but its not possible xD

It can be done, through a website (I can develop it, no worries, piece of cake)
with some nice user interface and stuff, easy2use.

nice croco btw items and stuff should be on the bankchars as croco named them and arts mats and other should be in gw
